Rubicon Recruiting is born out of my passion for recruiting and helping my clients achieve their personal & professional goals.
Since the early ‘90’s I have been working hand in hand with a wide variety of businesses and industries in the WA, OR, ID, CO, UT and CA markets. I have personally recruited for 100’s of companies spanning from technology firms to manufacturing organizations and most things in between. While the majority of my work has revolved around building and maintaining professional sales organizations, I have great depth of experience and am extremely comfortable recruiting in virtually any discipline ranging from Accounting to Operations roles, up through VP and Director level hires. I provide professional recruiting services in OR, ID, UT, CO, and CA.

My approach is straightforward, and is rooted in a partnership model. I strive to achieve win-win hires for both my employer clients and candidates. I have done this 1,000’s of times for hundreds of employers.
To achieve these results, I employ years of hands-on, day in and day out recruiting experience, rock solid determination and a philosophy that the next call may be the one that makes the difference!

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and our 3 children. We enjoy spending time in the wilderness hiking together and adventuring around the Pacific Northwest. I take a personal interest in landscape and wildlife photography.
